The Startrek Quest

Designed for 3hr seminars related to corporate consultants who have a fixed market of service
and need to improve clients relations in order to get more orders or 100percent loyalty from clients
who tend not to throw their eggs into one basket. The metaphoric Sales Module process is based on a solar quest for new galaxies and worlds, related to your and serving those products already part of the Starship union. This exciting new approach also lends to new social media aids such as the Apple I Pad, but again beware that technical aids don't substitute personalty power, they are merely aids to enhance you sales penetration.

Module 2 The Latent Power Of The Soul

Advanced Module                       The Latent power of the soul

This powerful sales model is based on the teachings of Watchman Nee and has never failed if applied correctly and in the right dimension. The seminar encompasses three two hour lessons over a day and reaches into aspects of one's character and personalty flaws which we all fail in as part of our human nature. The teaching enables the consultant to neutralize conflict and bring forth positive fruit from a near hazardous situation, namely losing a very good client , or perhaps although your service & product is good, the client simply does not like you ? Furthermore you will be taught how to change atmosphere and leave a positive refrain. The nature of this teaching like any gift can be used for positive goals and also abused for the wrong reasons. The decision is largely up to the individual conduit. The energy we utilize is dormant within our being and scientifically proven through Kirlian Photography, basically electrical charged photography that shows images of an aura.

Movie Scripts Royal Assassination and In Search Of Lord Lucan

Royal Assassination

Intro – spinning blades, 5 Lynx helicopters flying over BP oil wells in Angola, eventually green hills and African kraals, then the landing, Princess Di alights to a crowd of singing African children (African version of the hymn Jerusalem), a tense Father McKenzie goes forward and greets the Princess and then ushers her into a small hospital, where fifty plus children are seated, lying around, many have no legs and arms, all victims of landmines, laid by MI5 to protect BP oil wells.

Part 2 Duke of Windsor is being dined by M I 5 & British Minister of Security to empathically get the message across that Princess Di must stay away from Angola (hot potato)  blah blah ..

Part 3 Earl of Spence frolicking in Cape Town gets a cell phone call while around the pool to consult his sister and persuade her to back off, she in turn is on a yacht in the Adriatic with Dodi, bantering on about Africa while they carouse each other…Media paparazzi helicopter goes over and she actually uses the ‘Fuck’ word

Part 4 Prince Charles jets into CT with his sons to visit the Kalahari with Laurens Van Der Post.  Rumours fly as media run amok with Di’s affair with Dodi and the Harrods purchase. Earl agrees to start up a TV company to expose the landmine atrocities on insistence from his sister.  Cape Town is tense, Planet Hollywood has just blown up and Earls regular breakfast hangout, the Hard Rock Café; withdraws from SA.

Part 5 Earl Starts cracking as Dodi’s relationship get more serious, continually defending his sister’ reputation, his own marriage falls asunder. He spends hours at Café Bardelli in the Langkloof Studio where his TV Company is based, befriends a midnight Blues DJ from FMR Radio who fought in Angola and knows a lot more than he would want to admit, red wine flows as they frequent Antoine Rupert’s Cigar bar below.

Part 6 A more insidious rumour flies in higher circles that Di is pregnant and has shared this with her children. The rumour is now within the castle walls threatening the essence of British fabric that Islam may have entry to the crown, yet a more sinister threat to the ‘Darzil Covenant’, an ancient organisation that has roots when the knights of Arthur had fought in Jerusalem, the golden circle that protects Britain, Christadelphians that vow to keep the green Jerusalem pure. ????? Free Masons?

Part 7 Executive Outcome who do all the MI 5’s dirty work are called in and reminded of the millions of pounds they have received in the dark days of South Africa. The task to neutralise Princess Di, monies will be paid into a Hong Kong account three days before it is been given back to Red China (Check dates)

Part 8 The accident happens and many questions go unanswered. Dodi goes on the rampage with investigation teams but Earl is closer to the truth having befriended Thatcher Junior and wined and dined with the head of Executive Outcome. He starts his own investigation but a mysterious fire burns down his house and he runs for the cover of Royalty apologizing , Argus headlines, Earl Spence' house destroyed by lightening

                             Adventures of Lord Lucan

LORD LUCAN

Richard John Bingham - aka Lord Lucan - disappeared on November 8, 1974 after his children's nanny was found murdered. He has not been seen since and he was declared legally dead in October 1999. In February 2012, it was claimed Lucan had fled to Africa after the murder.

Two British engineers are convinced they saw the elusive Lord Lucan in a bar in Africa.
Engineers Lawrie Prebble and Ian Meyrick have come forward to say they are 'completely convinced' the man they saw drinking in a hotel bar in Botswana with six friends is the legendary Lucan.
Evidence has mounted up in the last few weeks that the missing aristocrat, who vanished in 1974 following the murder of his children's nanny, has spent the last few decades hiding out in Africa.
Lawrie, 71, said: 'There had been talk for weeks that Lucan was around - he had links to Botswana. The instant he walked in I said to myself: "That's him".
'He was with about six people and had a very noticable military bearing.
'His accent was so upper-class English that it cut the air and turned everyone's head when he spoke'.
The engineers were in the Cresta Botsalo Hotel in Palapye in Botswana 12 years ago when 'Lucan' came in.
Pub landlord Ian, 59, who now lives in Chepstow, Wales, told The Sun: 'I have never spoken publicly about it until now because I thought no-one would believe me.

Part 1 Caprivi Strip 1976, South African troops illegally on observation in the Botswana Delta. A tired troopie Shiloh in a jeep waiting for a herd of elephants to cross cuts through the bush and almost collides with a Landrover stuck in the mud. On the side a German blonde lady and a gentleman who speaks Kings English, asking for assistance, the Landrover is immovable due to the lock on the wheels rusted, so the troopie gives them a lift to their camp and the English gentleman ‘Henry Glaser’ insists he stays for the night , later they get down to a game of chess , mosquitoes everywhere. The troopie notices Glaser has no earl lobes ?

Part 2    Two years previous rewind, the murder as Lady Lucan stumbles, blood soaked into the local pub. Aspinall assistance via France to Africa

Part 3    The Troopie brings a Military grader to free Glaser’s Landrover and returns the next day which evolves into many midnight chess games, (Glazer has the nick name 'oortjies' because of his no earlobes)  The Angolan war gets closer and as they play chess they can hear the sound of Russian Migs and Mirage and distant cannons. One night the troopie doesn’t come, but the next day a Oryx helicopter lands at the camp and Shiloh runs out, you must leave Harold, the Cubans have moved over the border and we shifting out . The Troopie hands him his address in Cape Town Somerset West. Glaser settles into a luxury house in Somerset West dealing in African wood furniture, a regular at the SW Spur where Shiloh and Glaser share a common love for Irish Folk music, Glaser's favorite Planxty Players ?

Part 4 Three years later a  shell shattered Shiloh runs to an Ashram in Benares, India still coming to terms with the wasted war. (Glaser & Shiloh keep contact) Glaser informs him he is in Israel. After a year or so he flies to Jerusalem and meets up in Eilat at the Peace Café’ (hangout for addicts, wanderers screwed up war veterans from Vietnam etc) It is here that he meets a thinner more pale chain-smoking Glaser putting back forty Macarbi beers a day.

Part 5 Shiloh tells him of the harmony of India and they go back to India and live on a beach, fucking young Indian girls and Glaser digs the young boys. Glaser is being financially supported with mysterious trips to the bank and always enough for whores, boys and beer, but his previous wealth in Africa seems to have diminished which puzzles Shiloh.( For a short period Shiloh & Glaser enter an Ashram but Glaser is caught numerous times smoking with a pack of Cobra beers and kicked out)  Shiloh bids Glaser farewell still not knowing that he is Lucan, actually never heard of Lucan... The Lynx Bullet jingle

The Seeds - Can't Seem to Make You Mine - Lynx Bullet Advert Song

The song from the latest lynx bullet advert by The Seeds, calledCan't Seem to make you mine. Legal ...

The year was 2008 and I was wandering London checking out the music scene, having just launched my book on the history of rock . Thanks to an old mate of mine, a prominent London celebrity psychologist Andre Van Graan, I was invited to a BBH private party and man what a party, every model in London seemed to be there. It was there that I was introduced to this really cool dude called Jim Carroll with a hairstyle somewhere between David Sylvian. and sixties icon Adam Faith. Jim really knew his music from the back of his hand which is why Andre introduced me as a rock musicologist. As the evening progressed and drinks and Bolivian marching powder overflowed, Jim hustled me into a corner (house music thumping away) and asked me what number would I use if I was looking for a zany cult sixties song, but emphasized he did not want British artists . I suggested "I Had Too Much To Dream last Night" -The Electric Prunes and a Seeds song called "Can't Seem To Make You Mine". A year or two passed, can't quite remember but lo and behold there on TV, the Lynx Bullet Ad with the Seeds as a jingle.

I immediately contacted Carroll which took a year, thirty emails and 18overseas phone-calls and finally he replied, although he said he could not remember my name, but asked my address, three weeks later an envelope arrived with a 200 pound note in it. I recently found out that Sky Saxon the author of the song had  passed away, but previous to that was still living in a one bedroomed apartment with his lady, with dreams of owning a house in Europe ....Man ........Oh man ...what a world we live in !.

Nike Football Write The Future  "Hocus Pocus"

But the story does not end there , from that point onwards I crossed the waters to Amsterdam, my regular playground for music exploration and there lay my beloved Dutch book distributor, 'Fame Records'. At that stage South Africa was big news regarding hosting the World Cup the following year, so relishing in this long deserved consolation I was boldly frequenting various media parties thanks to Fame Records who escorted me around as a celebrity of some sort, largely because of my past Amsterdam association with the late Arthur Lee of the group Love. At one such party I was complimenting and at the same time admonishing the Dutch for not using their own bands in local Ads which caught the attention of a representative of Wieden & Kennedy. I was specifically referring to the Dutch band Focus, knowing quite well that the  Focus bassist Bert Ruiter was present and so wanting to meet him. Later I met songsmith Dan Wieden ("Just Do it") who put the song "The Morning After" on the map and again in for the kill, 'Ok so why hasn't "Hocus Pocus" ever been used internationally as a jingle, the fastest riff ever ? , Dan replied, 'you fucking right man, you fucking right', and whammy it appeared on the Nike Football jingle  Write The Future. The Focus guitarist Jan Ackerman is my witness to this event and yes I was paid. In the past 10years I have passed on perhaps a hundreds songs to agencies with little or no kick back, other than lunch, drinks and an occasional cheque for a thousand rand etc,  but I am only to blame for not getting my ducks in a row. In the gloomy past I recall referring Bobby Darin's "Splish Splash" and referring Alan Parsons keyboardist Duncan Mackay to Michel Herbelin in London and something did occur. Duncan wrote the foreword for my rock history book! Also referred were countless blues songs with no credit or rare songs, but often what would happen is that the agency gets a local cover band to emulate it 'slightly' to save costs, just outside the parameter of royalty credit, now that pisses me off  like really seriously. Anyhow for whatever its worth I am still the break forth freaking out of box & mind genius when it comes to finding the right song.

World Cup preview Radio article from Spain

South Africa may be on the tip of Africa but not short of rock professors and genre experts, rivaling even mother England. The eighties were literally owned by ‘Rock Professor’ Chris Prior who specialized in a Texan brand of blues namely Lynyrd Skynyrd , Steve Miller Band while his West Coast rock even vented Steely Dan. In the last days of apartheid Mr Prior plugged aimlessly converting thousands even as far off as Zambia and Zimbabwe who could pick up the SAFM transmission . On his side Prog expert Leon Economides joined him for the ‘Priority Special’ with Leon expelling a flow of Prog bands that few have heard of.
Mr Economides ranked as the fifth most knowledgeable Prog aficionado globally continues to feature his Prog on numerous community stations namely ‘Radio Today.’ On the jazz rock diversion Rafe Levine, a knowledgeable rock expert having presented radio for almost thirty years rates # 36th globally, but has now fully retired. Richard Haslop’s ‘Roots to Fruits’ on SAFM 104-107 is now globally one of the top seven folk radio shows in the world.

Haslop occasionally taints his folk fillings with garage rock and although respectable has infuriated the purists, nevertheless Haslop always wins with his overload of Folk history roots and punk expounding. Haslop was recently voted by the Swedish polls at a solid #2 globally, with Mr Economides not too far behind. On the windy tip of ‘World Cup’ Cape Town Shiloh Noone, a rock author with his recent 'Record Collector' 4star review has received superb acclamation in the psychedelic realm with Shindig, Mojo and Record Collector magazines, possibly as the worlds best when it comes the esoteric side of sixties rock,  another Community station / ex Pirate radio presenter (Israeli’s ‘Voice Of Peace’)

Shiloh has an excellent all round knowledge of various genres, particularly respected by America’s Del –Fi Records for his ‘Surf Guitar’ history  which resulted in being courted for information by Movie mogul Quentin Tarantino, interviewed on,'Fine Music Radio' in Cape Town by Shiloh

Rolling Stone Magazine even courted his articles, as did the BBC yet Shiloh has recently focused strongly on the Euro sector, namely Portugal, Holland and Germany where his support has been more than unanimous. Mr Noone’s ratings are #6 in Europe and dropping plus a solid # 28 in London, who seldom rate outsiders. More recently the flag has been flown by a past rock musician Benji Moody although his choices lack introspection, he has maintained the causeway of classic rock from the seventies. Perhaps soccer fans will receive more than ball entertainment next year as they tune in on those sandy beaches Midrand Radio www.rockfest.co.za leon@rock.co.za

Leonard Cohen's private Birthday Party

Yes you looking at it, the Google proof to an invite to Leonard Cohens' private 75th birthday party , so why me?

Well it all had to do with a Leonard Cohen article I wrote called At His Masters Feet for a American website called Hippyland. The events that led up to this were not rosy , on take off from Cape Town one of the KLM engines blew up on the runway. A hectic in transit via JB resulted in all my luggage been lost and the driver supposedly waiting for me at Barcelona airport understandably gave up the day before. With 4 hours to spare and freshly bought clothes I arrived sweaty at the 'Vivaldi' restaurant and told at the door that I am making the speech largely because I was the only radio presenter there. A dimly lit restaurant filled with underground writers, poets, fans called Cohenites, ex lovers and celebrities namely Marianne Faithfull, plus a host of prominent people drank deeply from the excellent wine. Unbeknown as I was later to find the restaurant was surrounded by Spanish intelligence largley due to Cohen's music used for Gary Oldman's movie Backwoods, in support of the Basque people. The party did have its moments such as myself stepping up to make the speech with a Bob Dylan T shirt on which caused some incoherent mumbling and then a folk singer covering "So Long Marianne" and Leonard whispering into my ear, 'she still thinks the song is about her' , referring to the attractive chain-smoking Faithfull at the head of the table. That evening at the concert filled with 250.000 people, Leonard came up for 12 encores , need I say more
